Two of Our Clients Rated among the “Best”
Two Fruchtman clients were rated in the top ten for Best Practices in two digital categories by L2 during the recent Hearts On Fire® University event. L2 is a large and respected “think tank” that helps luxury brands advance their digital capabilities. At HOFU, they measured the digital footprints of retailers that carry the Hearts On Fire brand. Corinne Jewelers in Toms River, New Jersey, was ranked third among 90 jewelers for the effectiveness of its Digital Marketing. Peter & Co. Jewelers in Avon Lake, Ohio, ranked tenth. The category judged retailers on the quality of their email sign-up process, their confirmation and welcoming efforts, the innovation and frequency of their emails, and their account integration practices. Other elements came into play as well, such as the timing and frequency of emails to coincide with key selling periods, appropriate incentive offers, and ease of viewing on various mobile devices. In addition, Corinne Jewelers placed fourth for consumer engagement on its Facebook page. Congratulations to these forward-thinking jewelers for embracing our digital philosophy!
