A quick, simple after-work dinner.
This is a great recipe that I like to cook when I get off work. It’s easy and takes no more than 30 minutes to prep and cook.

A New Client Isn’t Chopped Liver…
But maybe in this case, we should confess Zeke Jewellers in Manitoba, Canada, was indeed chopped liver. As a celebration for acquiring a significant number of new clients in one month, Michael and Ellen brought in lunch for the entire staff from our favorite deli, Zingerman’s! Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a good distance from our offices, we don’t get to partake often, so our heartfelt thanks to jewelry store owner John Zeke who signed with Fruchtman Marketing to provide Social Media services for the next year.

As I’m sure the whole world knows by now, Amy’s Baking Company had one of the most severe meltdowns a business could possibly experience on Facebook. You may ask yourself does it matter? Does the average person really care about a single restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona? Thanks to Gordon Ramsay’s TV series, Kitchen Nightmares, they certainly do. But not in a good way. Amy's Baking Company's has effectively reached thousands of consumers nationwide within a week of the episode he aired about the restaurant and its owners—creating more buzz than most heavy media campaigns. Now, the question is: How will they capitalize on this national exposure?

This gym bag looks nice. Add to cart. This basketball got rave reviews. Add to cart. (I was holiday shopping for my fiancé.) Just before I clicked purchase, I began to second guess my choices. I don’t know about you, but sometimes you just need the advice of a salesperson, not just 4 out of 5 stars. So I abandoned my virtual shopping cart and headed to the sporting goods store.

The perfect opportunity to develop a lifetime customer and receive word-of-mouth traffic is the bridal shopper. Seems pretty obvious, right? Well, in the 2013 Engagement & Jewelry Study by The Knot, an astounding 51% of the 14,000 brides surveyed have NOT heard from their jewelry retailer again since their engagement ring purchase. Did you catch that? Over half of those individuals that just spent months researching rings and visiting multiple retailers before selecting you as the place to make their important, life-changing purchase are walking out the door and aren’t being asked to come back again. This is a key moment to make a relationship last for a lifetime – or risk losing it forever.

Good customer service is defined in many ways by many different “experts”. As an advertising agency serving the jewelry trade, we know we can bring people to jewelers’ doors, but if there isn’t great service, they may only come once.
